Județele vizate, total sau parțial, sunt Suceava, Botoșani, Harghita, Neamț, Iași, Covasna, Bacău, Vaslui, Brașov, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Buzău, Vrancea, Galați, Brăila, Călărași și Ialomița.
Avertizarea intră în vigoare de la ora 12.00 și este valabilă până la ora 23.00. În nordul și estul Munteniei, estul Transilvaniei și în Moldova, vor fi perioade cu instabilitate atmosferică accentuată. Vor fi intensificări ale vântului (rafale în general de 70…80 km/h), pe arii restrânse vijelii puternice, averse torențiale, descărcări electrice și grindină.
În intervale scurte de timp (1-3 ore) sau prin acumulare cantitățile de apă vor fi de 35…40 l/mp și izolat peste 50…60 l/mp.
